Many on road ATV users in the UK often ride without wearing a helmet, this is due to the current loophole in the law where ATVs come under PLG private light goods classification. We do not condone this and strongly advise that full safety equipment is worn at all times. This includes Helmets, Gloves, Boots, Body Armour & Protective Clothing. The use of our powered vehicles could involve the risk of injury. Always use common sense when operating your ATV. Correct maintenance must be carried out on all ATVs/goods supplied by us in accordance with the manual supplied. Always check nuts, bolts, fixings and fluid levels before every use. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred while operating an ATV incorrectly.
